Question

k'vod ha'Rav, You mentioned in an earlier post that the S'A forbids wearing hats on Shabbat. Can you expand slightly on this? (btw, I'm not a hat wearer other than my kippah, so my question is for the purpose of increasing my understanding, bezrat Hashem). (I also wear a wedding band, so I'm happy to learn that it's not goyish to do so!) hazak u'baruch.
