Kavod HaRav, Could you kindly recommend a hebrew/english shulhan aruch? Hebrew/English Hilchot Yosef? Thank you for your time.

I don't recommend any. They almost always project their own opinions as that of the Shulchan Aruch. I recommend that you get a Qualified Rabbi. AA
