What is your posistion when the Shulkha Arukh quotes a position without a name followed by "some say..." - stam v'achar kach yesh omrim - do we pasken like the stam or the yesh omrim? What is your general opinion on Klalei hapesak of the Shulkhan Arukh? Jeff

When it says, "Some say ....and some say...." we follow the second one. When it says just a law and follows that by "and some say....," then we follow the first opinion. AA
