Question

Does Rabbi Dovid Fienstien really say that silk screen sifrei torah are 100% kosher? Does he mean in theory their kosher but he would not agree to go lemaseah agaist the psak of Reb Elyashiv? Or does he actually say that it is 100% permitted to write sefrei torah through silk screening? Thank you
