Question
Obviously the subsequent communication from Simcha Scheinberg is very damaging to your cause. Furthermore a cursory inquiry to various poskim suggests that the silk screening concept has not been accepted! Can you cite any recognized authority that supports your father's position ? that would be critical at this juncture .....

Answered by Aaron AbadiLK Yitz Adler is on his way to Hungary! A viszontlatásara! Jó utat kívánok! Yitz & I were by Rav Tuvia Goldstien personally three times, twice with my father. He brought his entire Kollel to join and understand and learn through the Sugya (topic). At the end, he and his Rosh Kollels agreed that it was 100% OK. He was ready to sign a letter to that effect, but his son-in-law who lives downstairs walked in and begged him on behalf of the Rosh Yeshiva, for his health and for the sake of the family, not to write anything. Unfortunately, he is no longer with us, but there are many witnesses to this. There are many witnesses to Rabbi Scheinberg Sr. saying that it is 100% Kosher. Rav Nuevert from Bayit Vagan, Rabbi Aurbach from Bayit Vagan, Rabbi Kreisworth, Rabbi Efrati, Rabbi David Yosef, Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu, and many others said it was good. They cannot say otherwise, because the Sugya is so clear that it is good. When you have some time, see the Teshuva (Responsa) in Hebrew in Sefer Ohr Yitzchak explaining the Halachah, written by my father. There isn't a Tzad (an opinion) that it shouldn't be OK. But they're all scared of this Mishmeret Stam Mafia, and rightfully so. Did you see the Yeravaam Ben Nevat statement? Is that applicable? When my father showed the silkscreen process to Rabbi Roth (Satmar Dayan), he had Greenfield from Mishmeret Stam there. They looked at the process and later said that they would help us, but it should be sold only to the "Moderneh," meaning the more modern people. My father wasn't content with that, knowing that it was 100% kosher for every Jew, and went ahead with it without their "stamp of approval." When they found that out, all hell broke loose. We have orders for over 15 Sifrey Torah. They are almost finished. The truth will come out, I am certain of it. Already, the Mishmeret STA"M and their henchmen have shown their true colors. AA
