Question

Firstly, thanks for this terrific site. Question about sinks. We are redoing our kitchen. Is there any type of sink material that you know of that would not require kashering between uses for meat and dairy?

Yes, all types are OK. What did they do until twenty years ago when there were very few people that had more than one kitchen sink?! AA
