sinks follow-up

Question

Thanks for the information. Just to follow-up, does that mean that for any kind of sink one can put dishes directly in the sink and does not need to pour boiling water between milk/meat uses. That was the way my mother always did it in her kitchen but that doesn't mean it was right! Thanks for all the effort that goes into this Board!
