Smoker

Question

I've kashered the smoker I fouund in the trash as you suggested. My question is now the following: I'm planning a backyard pary for a few friends - most are non Jewish and I'd like to smoke some pork loins for them and some kosher meat for the rest of us. Can I spread the pork on half the smoker and the beef on the other half, or should I first prepare the pork, clean the smoker, then do the beef, or vice versa. I'd prepare beef for everyone, but most prefer the pork. Please let me know the process.

You can't serve people pork. You are not alowed to benefit from it. Give them some good skirt steaks, and they'll give up on the pork. AA
