1.Are you saying that cholov yisrael is required for soft cheeses and that the OU is not sufficient? 2.I was told several years ago that Miller's OU hard cheeses were gevinat yisrael. Is that still true and is that acceptable for consumption? 3. Why do people eat only cholov yisrael on yomim tovim but not during the year?
