is lachoy soy sauce good for the holiday it has been on the list in the past

same as last year. la choy regular and lite are ok-MAKE SURE THE ONE YOU BUY DOES NOT CONTAIN WHEAT OR VINEGAR IN THE INGREDIENTS (which would also be a few years old!) YA
