Spices n Sauce

Firstly, your Q & A forum has been so helpful and has clarified many things for me. Thank you so much. Spices- must I buy all new jars or can I clean the top of the jar and use? Sauce- FRA DIAVOLO by Paesana- ing. Tomatoes, crusthed tomatoes, tomato paste, onions, 100% extra virgin olive oil, water, garlic, soya bean oil, salt, basil, black pepper,, lemon pepper, & spices.?
