spiderman cereal

There is a cereal that is put out by Kellogs, a special edition spiderman cereal that I want to know if it is ok to have, the only marking on it is a plain K. Here are the ingredients: Whole wheat oat flour, sugar, corn flour, corn meal, high fructse corn syrup, salt, partially hydrogenated cottenseed and or soybean oil, natural and artificial strawberry flavor, sodium ascorbate and Vitamin C, red #40, niacinamide, reduced iron, zinc oxide, blue #1, vitamin B6, riboflavin, vitamin B1, viamin A palmitate, BHT (a preservative), folic acid, vitamin D, and Vitamin B12.
