Spirit of Shabbat

Question

You say that "Spirit of Shabbat" is a new concept. but isn't that what Zakhor is all about? Shamor is about refraining from negative prohibitions and Zakhor is about doing what you can to enhance Shabbat, and avoiding that which breaks this Shabbat Spirit (e. g., going to a sporting event even though you paid beforehand.) I know that many poskim have forbid certain things because it looks like a weekday pursuit (such as going on a train on Shabbat even if you have paid already). See Ramban to Va-Yikra 23:24 that even acts which do not fall under the technical definition of melachah are forbidden on Sahbbat if they disturb the menuhat shabbat.
