Spoon

Question

1)If I put a meat spoon into a cup of hot tea and the cup is used in general for hot coffee. is everything OK? Spoon? TEa? 2)Does it make a difference if I made hot coofee earlier that day? 3)If everything is OK can you do it Lichatchila?
