In reference to eating bagels ina non-kosher store where they may cook no-kosher products in the same oven in which they make the bagels you responded:

I'm not talking to the Bagel store owner, if he should or should not Kasher his oven. I'm saying that if he cooked or baked in his oven or pots & pans, and I'm worried about what was Balua (literally= swallowed) into the pot, and then passed into my food, that is not a problem. Yes, the pots should be Kashered, but food made in it until then is still Kosher. Now, you want sources. Do you have sources showing that this is not true?! In any case we said this 100 times. Stam Keilim Ainum Beney Yoman and therefore it is Notein Taam Lifgam. This is clear as day in Shulchan Aruch Hilchot Taaruvot. If you learned it, you should know this. If you didn't learn this, then why are you asking for sources. First learn the Halachot inside. There are no shortcuts to knowing the Halachot. You need to open the seforim & learn them. AA My question now is lets say I had a abgel at the store yesterday so i know the oven was used yesterday can i still rely on the heter of stam keilim ano ben yomo?? Its not really a stam keli anymore- correct? Or is what I'm saying false? Thanx.
