Question

They have an OU-D Enriched Bleached and Unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate {vitamin b2}, folic acid), sesame seeds, liquid soybean oil, corn syrup, yeast, malt syrup, salt, malted barley flour, artificial flavor Also, if they really are dairy isn't it asur to make dairy bread without an indication? or is an ou-d sufficient? Thanks
