Stove beeps when reaches set temperature

Question

Rabbi, we have a manual stove (not digital) that when set it to a temperature, it beeps when it reaches that desired temperature. I was wondering if my wife could still use the stove on Yom tov since the beeping doesn't occur right away (it can be 15-20 min later).
