Stovetops again

Question

So we don't have to kasher the stovetops because it is not used for cooking food. 1)How about those stovetops that have a warmer built in? 2)If boiling hot hametz (ie. pasta) fell on the stovetop, isn't this a problem? Aren't we afraid that if we drop our kosher for Pesach food on the stovetop, we may pick it up and put back in the pot. 3) What about the burners?
