Sub sandwich bread

Question

A non-kosher sub sandwich shop in my building uses CRC Chicago Kosher raw bread dough for their rolls. They bake them in the store in an oven just for bread, using pans covered with baking paper. Can I eat a sub sandwich using this bread that they make for me with just vegetables (no onions or other sharp veggies)
