Question

I received your response to my knife question at Subway ...Thank you ...but I was looking for a more detailed answer than just "A clean knife would help." What I am trying to find out is, is ok for them to slice my sandwich with a knife they had used previously for non kosher food? ...or do they just have to wash it off?
