Question

can i eat a tuna sub if they use the tuna scooper and not a plastic utensil it appears it is only used ffor the tuna?

Ask the guy, if you suspect that it has something else on it. I have never seen them mix the utensils. If they do, I wouldn't eat there, kosher or not.... AA
