You can have the bread at Subway, but only the types without cheese. You can have them put Tuna on that. All items should be retrieved with clean hands, cut with a clean knife, and prepared on a clean surface. Any Kosher uncooked vegetables can be added, but only if the store is clean and you don't see the veggies and stuff mixed, and no pieces in the tomatoes. Subways are usually very clean. The owners are used to accommodating Jews, Arabs, Indians, and vegetarians.
