super pretzels

Hi rabbi! I want to thank you again for this absolutely incredible service you perform... I have 2 questions: 1)Are we allowed to buy the Super Pretzel brand pretzels that vendors sell on the streets of new york city? I can always ask the vendor to see the box and to ask if he always uses Super Pretzel....Hypothetically, if he doesnt always use Super Pretzel or IF he IS lying and has used other pretzels in the past in the same heater (but I know now he is using Super Pretzels b/c I saw the box) would this be a problem? Lastly, is there a problem with pretzels at all?! I mean, are all pretzels kosher? Thanks Rabbi...

1) Yes, as long as he says that he only uses it for Pretzels & not making hot dogs or Knishes on the same grill. 2) I don't know if all Pretzels are Ok, but I did find potato chips with chicken fat. (It was actually shown to me by Rabbi Chait at the summit of Mt. Washington.) AA
