Rabbi, This work of checking products and ingredients, and setting up and maintaining the website must be overwhelming and time consuming. If someone wanted to contribute to the cost to support your Kashrut and other projects, to what tax-exempt organizational name and address would they send their checks. Are such donations welcome and needed?
