I have some chocolate from Belgium that does not have an FDA label, here are the ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, butter oil, lactose, emulsifier : soya lecithin, natural flavors, butter, corn syrup, coffee, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, pecannuts, nougat, caramel, puffed rice, cherries, strawberries. Can I trust Belgium labels? Thank you
