Question

I recently saw your reply concerning breaded fish under the tablet-k heksher. You said they were 100% ok. Is this claim based on the fact the according to you these products would not require a heksher anyways ie. One should just check the ingredients or (also ?) because you know the Rav hamakshir (RAFAEL SAFFRA) and feel he is areliable person? For some strange reason all the heksherim I contacted dont recognize him but refused to tell me why. If you have any information please let me know. Best regards Chaim Nataf
