TCBY and Starbucks

Question

Thanks for the reply. I will explain my question: I did not know who certifies TCBY (if anyone), therefore I asked. Even if it is certified kosher, I wanted to know by who. Also, does the fact that it comes open pose a problem. There is no one checking to see what the shop keeper is doing (I guess that franchise rules would play a role in your answer). What about the cones? Toppings? who certifies those? As far as Starbucks: What goes into a Frapaccino? I don't know for sure all of the ingredients-do you? Are there any flavors or mixes that go in? are they kosher? what if the blender was used for non kosher items (I don't know if they sell any) without even being cleaned well? These questions plus some others was the reason I asked for an explanation. If I tell friends that they can eat these items, I need to be informed of the reasons and details. Thanks
