Question

hi, I was wondering if it is permitted for a sfardi to add water to cholent on shaabos.The basis for my question is that since the mechaber (318) holds that there is bishul after bishul even by a liquid, and when doing "iruy" (pouring), according to the mechaber this becomes a kli sheni. Based on this , wouldn't it be prohibitted to add water? If according to the mechaber, you may not, does the rav also hold that way? thank you martin
