Teeth Fillings

Question

According to a local Lakewood Rabbi, it would be wise to refrain from eating hot chometz 24 hours before Pesach because the amalgum in your teeth could be "bole'ah" (absorb) chometz. Following this logic, would one be considered a BIG TZADDIK if he had all his fillings removed and replace with fresh ones? Your local dentist
