tefillah?

Question

i was learning about women and tefillot and can sephardi women say hashems name in tefillot? meaning in the bracha of goal yisrael? does it depend on your posek? do some say its ok and some say no? also, what about mincha? if a girl already davened shacharit does seh need to say mincha?
