tofutti cream cheese, dole tropical fruit salad

are these kosher for sephardim? Tofutti cream cheese: water,partially hydrogenated soybean oil, isolated soy protein,,maltodextrin,tofu,nondairy lactic acid,sugar,locust bean,guar gum, carrageenan gum, salt, vegtable mono and diglycerides, potassium sorbate. Dole tropical Fruit salad:pinapple, red and yellow papaya, water,guava, sugar,passion fruit juice, banana puree, citric acid, ascorbic acid, natural flavor, and beta carotene.Thanks for your help!!
