Toilet flush

Our contractor says that to put a new toilet in the basment would require installing an extractor. Whenver the toilet is flushed the electronic extractor automatically operates to move the refuse. Is this a problem for Shabbat?

Answered by Aaron AbadiNo problem. I am assuming that this is the common pump that when the water reaches a certain level the pump kicks in, similar to a sump pump. If that is the case, it is the same as a Refrigerator. AA
