Toilet Soap Shabbat

Question

Hi Rabbi, Are those soap things you hang on the side of toilets okay for Shabbat? We want to put them in the bet knesset in China. We get people from everywhere so even if it is okay according to your father does anyone have serious problems with it that you know? Shabbat Shalom
