Question

must one get out of bed to daven maariv or is it a rishus? what about if you won't concentrate properly? also ... the emphasis on todays yiddishkeit is learning ant torah . and all the shmuessen talk about the tachlis habriah... for torah but in the times of the beis hamikdash (first 1000 years) from matan torah we don't see much about torah more on avodah. and is mistaver that only in gallus we realize the ikkur tachlis habriah? thank you

A man should get out of bed. A lady does not have to get out of bed. In reference to concentration, if you are you asking should one daven if one knows that he will not have concentration? Yes Your "also" question confused me - sorry CYA
