Toval Kaylim- do you still need to?

If you know for a FACT that a Kli (utensil) like an aluminum foil pan or a coke can or a glass bottle (like Snapple) was made by machine and not by a human that could have used it for idol worship, do you still have to toval it in if you plan on using it multiple times?
