Question

Kvod Harav, From what i can rememeber, we are not allowed to use a bottle from a bottled drink, after its initial use, unless toveled. On the assumtion that this is correct, my question is: if i have a bottle of whiskey and i dont want to tovel it because i dont want to take the labels off, can i keep refilling it before its empty to keep it from needing to be toveled? if not, what would be the procedure for tevila on it?
