trace ingredients that give flavor

Question

I saw on your FAQ that all ingredients, even less than 2%, have to be displayed. Very informative! But there are sometimes trace ingredients that don't have to be listed. Of course, they would normally be batul. But what if one of the unlisted ingredients is putting ta'am into the food. How can we be sure this is not happening?

Less than 1/60th is considered that there is no significant flavor. This is the Gemara & Shulchan Aruch, not just an opinion. AA
