traveling

Kavod Harav, I find myself traveling alot and staying in a non kosher hotel. the hotel has a cafe or room service etc.... i was wondering what i can order from the menu? do i only have to eat fruit? can i eat salads, bread, etc... tuna egg salad please try to be specific so i dont slip up please. also i don't have email so please answer on the board i made up that email address. thank you
