Question

Does Rabbi YIZTHAK Abadi have any opinion or did he say anything about the tsunami? Is there anything should we gain or should do regarding the events that occured in Indonesia this past month? reasons for the occurence, etc.? P.S. please dont answer " becuase god hates/ punished goyim or something along those lines" Thanx Michael
