Tsunami

Question

Wat is the Jewish attitude to the situation going on in the East and the giant tsunami leaving 180000 dead and many others wounded and now prone to disease? Do we have an obligation to help them via charity and sending goods? Is this requirement "mishum aivah" or is there a mitzvah to help non-Jews too? Please elaborate. Thank you for your time.

Help the Indonesians get all of their people at least 6 feet under. On the other hand, our friends should be helped in any way possible. Do a little surfing and you'll see how deep the Indonesian hatred is to us. Thank God for their punishments. AA
