Question

In your father's shiur he states that you can buy tunafish at a non-kosher restaurant if they bring the can to you and show you that they are opening it, but not if they just bring it to you, since you don't know hwat they put in their tuna salad. Doesn't this contradict what you wrote about going to Subway?
