Turkish Delight

Thank you so much for patiently answering all of my questions. I have 2 more: 1. Galil Turkish Delight w/Pistachio. Ingredients: Sugar, Corn Starch, Water, Pistachio, Citric Acid. Made in Turkey, imported by Galil Importing (Syosset NY). Is this OK for Pesah? 2. As children, we were taught by our parents that Turkish Delight (Loukhoum Rahat) could be bought with kashrut supervision, and we did buy it from confectioners who sold in kiosks. The ingredients were usually the same as above, with the only variance being the flavors (burgamont, mastic, lemon, mint, and rose, and various nuts). For non-Pesah kashrut purposes, can this be bought without a heksher?
