tylenol

Question

I have a question regarding medicine on Shabbat. What if every day during the week one takes Sudafed, Claritin and Tylenol twice a day at least, for Sinus headaches, and without these, its pretty hard to function and concentrate on being a great attentive mother. If you take it every other day on the week can you take it on Shabbat also if it is not only a minor headache? Thanks
