What are the laws regarding giving money to the victims of the Asian Tsunami? How does the religious status and political stance of Indonesia , Thailand, India Sri Lanka effect the giving of support? How is giving support affected by the Jewish charities that are in need? Does the scope of the Asian tsunami affect the obligation to contribute emergency relief funds? Do thees funds apply to giving mysa? RB
