Question

I have recently moved "out of town" and I'm confused as to what has to be covered according to Halacha because I was told many Chumrot growing up. Thanks!

Follow the minhag (traditions) of the people in the place you now live. Doesn't have to be the right-wing community. The observant jews in that town/city. AA
