Using an untovel'd Keli the first time

Question

I've heard a few times that one is b'dieved allowed to use an untoveled keli once but must tovel it the second time. I'm not sure if this was said about disposable aluminum tins or regular pots. 1. Can one use a pot once before toveling? 2. Must one tovel aluminum disposable tins? Thank you
