Question

1) Do you feel that one is required to wear a hat if he has a double covering during Tefila, or outside of Tefilla? Must it be black? 2) Is it a halacha to have separate seating during an affair, such as a wedding, or bar mitzvah?

1) Double covering has no significance. If a man can wear a hat of any color, a respectful one not a baseball cap, then it would enhance his Tefilah by bringing Koved Rosh. A Talit on his head would be fine too. 2) No comment..... AA
