Vegan burrito

Question

The vegan restaurant down the block from me sells a burrito which is a whole wheat wrap (flour, water) with mainly veggies, carrots, turmeric, and a tiny bit of rice (i'd say 1/10th of the burrito); my question is: I am well aware rice is bishul akum, but is it nullified when it is a minority part of the food item? thanks for your insights.
