Question

when I said the cheese is made with vegetables, I meant then rennet is from vegetables, but actually I don't think there is any rennet. It is soft cheese which I know is also gevinat akum, but the question is, is it enough for the mashgiach to come in randomly. Since Rav Abadi holds that cottage cheese under hashgacha is no good, I assume this is also a problem, but doesn't the Rama in Yoreh Deah 115 say that it's enough for the mashgiach to be overseeing it, not that he has to actually participate in the making (the Shach says the latter)
