Question

Reb Aharon, Please play along, if you will! Could you explain to me what they "possibly" could be basing their hashgacha decisions on? It would be more helpful to me if you could say "They are trying to hold by halacha X, but they cannot because of reasons 1-10..." Saying to me that they are not standing on "any" Jewish law in their decisions is not helpful. Clearly, they are making decisions based on "something" they firmly believe is legitimate in halacha; could you offer ANY insights as to what that "something" may be? Thank you!
